MRS Microraft is our most popular packraft. This model is also available in the following variations:

The Microraft can be considered the general model or classic of packrafts. Due to its versatility and agility, it is well-suited for both rapids and flat waters. Despite its light weight, ranging from 3,2 to 3,5 kg including the spray deck, the Microraft has a load capacity of up to 190 kg. This means it can easily carry not only the paddler but also full gear, a dog, or a fatbike. Packrafts are designed to be long-lasting and versatile adventure partners. Your packraft will withstand whitewater rafting as well as varying weather conditions from heat to cold. The Microraft is the perfect companion for hiking, hunting and fishing trips, as well as for the mobile city dweller. It can travel at speeds of around 4-5 kilometers per hour even in still water. In essence, it’s a lightweight, compact, backpack-sized raft that brings a whole new dimension to day trips and long hikes.

Spray deck: For season 2025, the redesigned MRS Microraft features an E-type spray deck that can be closed with Velcro on both the left and right sides. It also includes a zip-on section behind the paddler’s back, which attaches to the main cover with Velcro. When closed, the cover prevents splashes from entering the packraft and keeps the paddler dry in rainy conditions. However, it is not completely waterproof but effectively blocks normal splashes and rain from getting inside the raft. As with previous models, the cover can be rolled and strapped or unzipped from the bow.

Size recommendations: (paddler’s height in cm): S-size 140-170 cm, L-size 170-190 cm. These size recommendations are very general, as suitability varies also based on body structure. When choosing a size, note that the smaller the size, the more agile it is; the larger the size, the more spacious it is. Compare the dimensions and sizes in more detail from our packraft-info page!

The MRS Microraft includes:

The Flextailgear Max Pump is also a very convenient accessory for every packraft owner.

If your packraft happens to need repairs on one of your adventures, we recommend to carry the included packraft repair kit. We recommend the Helaplast glue for installing the hull & floor patch materials included with the packraft.

Note: Your packraft comes with factory-printed Melomo logos. The logos are on both sides of the bow, sized approximately 100 mm x 70 mm.
