Cancel order

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which the goods are received, or when the final batch of goods is received.

Please enter your name, order number, and the email address used for the order in the attached form.

If you are returning only a part of the goods, please list them in the final text field.

Once you have submitted the form, you will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your cancellation notice via email.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and we will initiate the refund process once the goods have arrived back to us.
